RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see below more information on our return policy

RETURNS

All returns must be informed to us within fifteen (15) days of delivery. Any furniture that’s returned must be in good condition. Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances: if the products exhibit signs of tampering or misuse by the customer beyond reasonable wear; if they have incurred intentional or unintentional physical damage including, but not limited to, burns, cuts, tears, water damage, or stains.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email our customer service at hello@fibayt.com, with the reason for return, to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once the RMA number is issued, we will contact you by phone or email with the return instructions and to schedule a pick up, if required.

Return shipping charges will be paid by us.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 3 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return.

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
