ORDER PROCESSING:

Once you place an order successfully, you will get a confirmation email confirming the order and receipt of payment. The email will also include your order confirmation number. We deliver our products within the United Arab Emirates only.

All products that requires installation will be shipped, delivered and installed at your premises by us. We will contact you by email of phone to schedule the installation.

All other products that does not require installation will be shipped with leading local shipping and courier companies. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

Please make sure that the email address, contact number and delivery address are accurate for an error free shipping and delivery.

We offer Free Shipping, Delivery and Installation service for any order above AED 100/-.

If your order value is below AED 100/-, the flat shipping fee will be AED 20/-

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

RETURNS

All returns must be informed us within fifteen (15) days of delivery. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email our customer service at hello@fibayt.com, with the reason for return, to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once the RMA number is issued, we will contact you by phone or email with the return instructions and to schedule a pick up, if required.

Return shipping charges will be paid by us.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 3 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
