Free standard shipping on orders over AED 100
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Once you place an order successfully, you will get a confirmation email confirming the order and receipt of payment. The email will also include your order confirmation number. Please allow 5 to 7 business days to process your order. Expect an email within this timeframe to let you know that your order has been shipped.
We deliver our products within the United Arab Emirates only.
All products that requires installation will be shipped, delivered and installed at your premises by us. We will contact you by email of phone to schedule the installation.
All other products that does not require installation will be shipped with leading local shipping and courier companies. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

All returns must be informed us within fifteen (15) days of delivery. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.
To return an item, please email our customer service at hello@fibayt.com, with the reason for return, to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once the RMA number is issued, we will contact you by phone or email with the return instructions and to schedule a pick up, if required.
Return shipping charges will be paid by us.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 3 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
